Leslie T. DiPiero

Building on more than two decades of forward-thinking success, Leslie DiPiero leads Tree Vibez Music as the artist development and music publishing company’s General Manager. In her role, DiPiero is charged with nurturing and developing top songwriters and artists, identifying new talent, and connecting the firm’s diverse catalog of original songs with stars who will make them hits. Previous career stops include Buddy Killen Music, Beckett Music Group, Song Planet, and a partner-level position with Tom-Leis Music. Under DiPiero’s watch, the Tom-Leis catalog secured recordings by Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Justin Moore, the hit TV show Nashville, and many others. In 2013, she opened the Nashville branch of Advanced Alternative Media – which has since achieved over 100 cuts for its songwriters – and with TVM, DiPiero now oversees a roster of trailblazing songwriters that include Corey Crowder (Chris Young’s PLATINUM-certified #1’s “I’m Comin’ Over” and “Think of You”), Jordan Schmidt (TWO Jason Aldean GOLD-certified #1’s “Lights Come On” & “You Make It Easy” and Kane Brown’s (ft. Lauren Alaina) 2X PLATINUM #1 “What Ifs”), James McNair (Craig Campbell’s “See You Try” and Tyler Farr’s “Love By The Moon”), Cameron Montgomery (co-writer/producer for Ryan Follese/Big Machine Records), and Daniel Ross (Morgan Wallen’s “Had Me By Halftime”). Since climbing onboard with TVM in 2017, DiPiero has made an immediate impact with signing hit songwriter/producer Crowder, orchestrating a co-publishing deal with Big Machine for Ross, developing another co-publishing agreement between Warner/Chappell Music and country star RaeLynn (“Queens Don’t” and “Festival”), and signing country artist/hit songwriter Canaan Smith (Self Recorded “Love You Like That” and Mason Ramsey’s “Famous”). She is also married to Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member and 2017 BMI ICON Bob DiPiero.

Adam Romaine

Tree Vibez Music’s Creative Tour Manager Adam Romaine has been taking risks in the name of good friends and music since 2008 – when he moved to Nashville from Virginia with four trash bags full of clothes to sleep on Tyler Hubbard’s floor. He spent most of his early years in Music City detailing cars with Hubbard and working at a local golf course, paying close attention as the future Florida Georgia Line superstar and his duo partner Brian Kelley wrote songs daily. “When I’d get home from the golf course, Tyler and BK would be writing songs on T-Hubb’s tailgate, pretty much every summer afternoon.” Eventually, he was inspired to quit his day job and pursue music full time, soaking up business knowledge by touring and watching his friends’ career closely. When TVM was founded by Hubbard and Kelley in 2015, Romaine joined the team and has since helped provide a solid creative foundation for the firm’s roster, managing the tour travel and daily writing appointments for over 50 writers and artists on the TVM bus.
