Jordan Schmidt

Jordan Schmidt is a 28 year old producer/songwriter based out of Nashville, TN. The Duluth, MN native was drawn to music at an early age, picking up the guitar when he was 10 years old, and started recording local artists by the age of 16. After graduating high school, Schmidt moved to College Park, MD where he honed his chops assisting platinum producer Matt Squire. After a year Schmidt moved to Minneapolis, MN where he quickly established himself as one of the top producers in the Midwest, recording acts such as Motion City Soundtrack, All Time Low, Metro Station, and Quietdrive. In early 2012 Schmidt relocated to Nashville to focus his efforts on songwriting and by late 2014 his hard work paid off; some of his songs ended up in the hands of Brian Kelley & Tyler Hubbard, who immediately signed him to Tree Vibez Music. He has since had cuts with Florida Georgia Line, Granger Smith, Nick Fradiani, Kane Brown, Chris Lane and recently scored his first #1 with Jason Aldean’s “Lights Come On.”
